PODS seems to change quote for pickup and redeliver. - 2 16' storage units.
and a promo code of "Bundle" when you placed your order with PODs ? I've had my
possessions in storage since Aug.2011 and have paid over $14,000 for the 2 largest PODs.
I think this is an incredible amount, but I needed to do what I had to do. All in al, I'm very happy with the services they provide, my only concern is the one described. Talking to them on the phone takes you in circles and the last conversation I had with a billing specialist assured me that these charges were supposed to be included. Then, I got 4 different invoices for what I'd always assumed was free due to the length of time stored. I know this is the case, where else would I have gotten the idea if I hadn't been told? I'd have been expecting to pay for these charges. I've written the company and asked them to please look over my account and reconsider these 4 final charges. All in all, I was very happy with PODs and especially the local warehouse workers and management. They went out of their way to make sure I had access when needed and did a timely deliver and redeliver, going over and beyond what I'd expected. I don't know which color face to give this review, but there are worse problems in life.
