Most expensive with incredibly bad customer service - Moving Service
Hi,
Let me start by saying that a -5 star would be appropriate here. What ever you do, NEVER choose PODS for your move. I paid over $6,000 and I am still stuck in this night mare for months. Worst, every time you call them you have to wait, most times 1:06:15hrs on the phone to talk to somebody, just for her to tell me that she needs to transfer me again (and wait 45min).
The service is horrible in every way.
1- Is the most expensive of the offerings
2- Customer service is horrible.
3- Shipping/delivery policies are awful. They put every hurdle they can to not deliver your POD or allow you to get your stuff to switch companies. At this point, after paying over $6,000 I just gave up and have been trying to just gain access to my container and use a U-haul truck to get my things out of their pods to a new storage facility.
4- Stories are too long to share here, but believe me its been 6 monhts of issuew after issue, with 45 min on the phone to try to resolve each one.
