sounded like a great thing - PODS customer service call centre

I think the concept of PODS is great, but my experience with PODS was not so great. They placed the containers in the wrong place, twice and then did serious damage to me electric gate. I have been trying to work with them for three weeks just to file a claim and so far nothing. They wont even return my calls. I am so frustrated with them.
