PODS overcharges, refuses refunds
The PODS sales rep convinced me to schedule the POD delivery to a parking lot instead of the street (I thought the parking lot would be too small). When the driver arrived, he could not fit the POD in the parking lot. He could not put it in the street because I had no permit, so I had to reschedule delivery for the next day once I could get a permit. The truck driver said I would not be charged, the customer service rep that rescheduled delivery said that I would not be charged. I was charged $93 dollars. I complained and was told that the charge would be removed. After one month I had not been refunded. I complained again and was told that I should have never been told that the charge would be removed, that they will not remove the charge, and that I would not be allowed to talk to anyone involved in the decision-making (seriously). It's only $93, I'm sure others have had worse experiences. Instead I write this review mostly because of the way I was treated. Don't believe anything they say and if possible, don't give them credit card information.
