Break property - 12 foot container

Pods hold no responsibility to bringing your property back to you the same way they receive it I will never use this company again for anything. The service is no professional at all. We opened our container with broken China cabinet legs completely off and every picture frame in the container that was packed in bubble wrap and heavy towels were broken into pieces. But container was not dropped so please tell me how it happened. Their reason I packed my things wrong how did you know did you open the container no.
