PODS Complaint
I would never use or reccomend this company to ANYONE. Ever. - PODS STORAGE &MOVING
It went even further downhill due to the nonexistence of customer service. My case has been ongoing since mid-May. I have a "dedicated customer care specialist" who's communications average every 2 weeks. I call him every day to no response.
It went even FURTHER downhill when he offered me monetary compensation OR the option to wait a few more days (through the holiday- July 4 weekend) to see if he could provide further compensation. I chose to wait. He then lied in my BBB complaint to say 1) I had no documentation of my expenses 2) I refused their monetary offer and 3) He called and left a voicemail for me that I never returned.
July 17th and I have not heard a word from the man. Unreal
