Bogus late charges from PODS who apparently is living in the 19th century. - PODS STORAGE &MOVING

So these guys take down a credit card number, put it on file saying you will be charged on X date, but then don't actually charge it, and don't contact you by email either. No, they send snail mail to tell you that they are charging a $20 late fee because they never bothered to actually charge the card I gave them. So, apparently, there is actually NO WAY to have it automatically charge your card on a monthly basis like every other legitimate business out there. No, you have to remember when your bill is due and go log in and pay it every time otherwise you get nicked $20. Well. you can bet I won't be having PODS ship my goods cross country after this. I want to deal with these guys for as short a time as possible and then I will never deal with them again. Not sure you noticed, PODS, but you are not the only competitor in this space and I would even pay more if I had to next time just to not have to give you business again.
