wrong placement, poor customer phone service, and overbilled - Portable moving container

I own an office that is rented out and damaged due to broken frozen sprinkler system. My property manager ordered a cleaning company for the damage. The cleaning company ordered a POD for some of the office furnishings to be stored in during the renovation. This is when the PROBLEMS began. First - the POD was placed three offices down in front of a Dentist when there was plenty of room in the back (a more appropriate place). They do this for a living and should know that. Second - I could never talk to a helpful person about the situation because it was in cleaning company's name. It took way too long and an act of congress to just get it moved to the back of the building. The cleaning company and I both had to send in notarized letters to get it put in my name. Meanwhile there it sits in front of the Dentist office (limited parking) and I could only talk to the rude POD people on the phone who did nothing. Third - I'm still being billed and the invoice I asked for has no date and is very vague on what I'm paying for. I dealt with insurance, attorneys, mad tenants, painters, carpet installation, changed property managers, and that all went fairly well. My biggest problem from day one was with PODS , continues, and I will never use or recommend them.
