Another Crappy Experience

Well, I will chime in with my two cents even though it is no different than everyone else's horror story. In short, I will not be using PODS ever again nor will I EVER suggest that anyone use them. The rep lied to me about their insurance, and they damaged my big screen (55") TV. It appears to have possibly bounced during their transportation of my goods from across the country. Their insurance only covers acts of God in the event that THEIR pod is damaged. In short you are insuring their stuff and they have no care about yours. I filed a claim for $1,400 only to have it denied in which they said that they do not cover items that are damaged due to "normal" shifting. I don't consider bouncing to be normal shifting, but whatever. God only knows what else is possibly damaged as I have not yet to empty my POD fully. Just like everyone else, I am paying way more than I expected to pay as well. I could have sworn I was quoted $140 a month, but somehow my bill has skyrocketed to $229 a month probably due to the crappy insurance that I am being forced to pay for! I can't wait to be done with this raggedy company; but for now I am stuck. Using PODs was a BIG MISTAKE!!! If you are considering using their services, RUN , RUN , RUN , and when you get tired of running, RUN SOME MORE!!!!
