First time wont be the last - PODS DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our family used PODS for our move during the summer of 2010. It was our first time not renting a truck and we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Every time I had to make a change or inquire on something, the customer service agents were very knowledgeable and very friendly. The drivers were on time or early for delivery and pickups. The drivers were also very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous as well as cleaned up where the POD was when they were removing it from it's location to take it to a new location.
