pods not delivering on the date they promised. - PODS DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am beyond furious with this company at the moment! I will write as many bad reviews as I can until this issue get's fixed which it won't! I scheduled a drop off for tomorrow several weeks ago, "but for some reason they don't have that on file" and are saying they can't deliver it until the 8th which is 8 days later! Yeah right...so am I and my family suppose to sleep on the ground for a week and not have our things!? This is their bad and they are the ones who messed up yet they still won't deliver my container!!!! I spoke with the supervisor who said we can take a u haul and go pick up our things if we'd like. That doesn't really help me considering it will cost us a fortune and be more work for us! If this was a good company they would fix this problem asap and stay open an extra 10 minutes to deliver my container on the day promised! DO NOT USE PODS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! I am now in tears and unsure what to do! What a horrible customer service experience and horrible company who is not fixing the issue they messed up on. I'm sure they record their calls??!! If so they can go back and listen to my call where I scheduled the drop off!!
