PODS - Terrible Customer Service and Dishonest Billing - POD mobile storage

I had used PODS last year for renovations and had a great experience working with the local rep in Pittsburgh. When my family was moving this summer, I tried to contact the rep and got no response after multiple calls. I was stuck with calling the corporate number and got TERRIBLE customer service. I called and requested that my POD be picked up on 8/20/14 and was then billed $150 for the time period from 8/22/14 to 9/21/14 even though I was no longer using the POD and it was just sitting and waiting to be picked up for a couple days. When you want a POD delivered, they will get it to you within 24 hours, but when I needed it picked up, they pushed it out a week so that they could get additional billings. Despite being a return customer and referring co-workers and clients to PODS, their customer service was unwilling to do anything for me. They would essentially rather have my $150 than have future business from me, my family members and others that I would have referred to PODS. I will no longer be doing any business with them.
