PODS Customer Service - Moving Service

In Jan. 08, while delivering portable moving units to my new home, the truck broke through the septic tank cover. The damages were $815.00. After 2 months of stonewalling, the owner of the Savannah franchise finally offer to pay half. This was caused by driver negligence and not having enough help. This job requires a driver and a spotter and only the driver was there. I had requested that the driver that caused the damage not be sent back due to his negligent behavior when he picked up one of the storage units.

generally pleased. Delivery was about a week late but partly because of weather. I,m not pleased with customer service. On 12/26 I was told I would be reimbursed for any expenses. Than I was told I would be reimbursed $350. A paper to sign was said to have been emailed 3 times and I have never gotten it though I get all your other emails. I sent this notice to customer service about a week ago and have heard nothing.
