PODS Cost me more than I was told! - PODS Interstate Move

PODS charged me for delivery on a specific day to my apartment in Boston. Less than 24 hours before it was due to arrive I was told that it'd be late . . . and then I was told it'd be even more late. They said the right way to deal with this was to file a complaint with them, which I did, and that they'd be in touch in couple of weeks to cover my excess expenses. It's been over a month and I haven't heard back. I had to get a last minute hotel and drive and eat out a lot more than expected in Boston at great expense, not to mention the substantial inconvenience to me, my wife, 3 yr old and 4 month olds sons. I also think they failed to include the 10% discount I was promised based on a coupon I found, but the billing is so confusing I'm still trying to sort that part out. I would not recommend PODS to anyone!
