I used the PODS to move from CA to GA and almost every piece of funiture was damaged. The items were packed tight and tied. Based on the new outside damage to the PODS unit the damage appears to have been done by the driver. It would not surprise me if the POD was not dropped. Based on their contract they are responsible for nothing!!!!! The POD was also dropped off late with no courtesy call.
I WOULD NEVER USE PODS AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!
